Shipping Method and Rates

We currently accept orders for delivery within Manila only. All orders are shipped from our base in BF Homes, Las Piñas via Lalamove. Once your order is ready, we’ll ask you to complete a Lalamove delivery form and provide the delivery fee details. Please note that buyers will pay the courier directly upon delivery.

Prefer to pick up your order instead? You’re most welcome! We’ll share the full address and pick-up details once your order is confirmed.

LEAD TIME

It normally takes 5-7 working days to prepare your order.

Returns and Exchanges

We currently are not accepting returns and exchanges. For any potential issues with your order (i.e. wrong order received), kindly contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your order.

Important Note

We will not be held liable for lost or broken packages. Your package is packed with utmost care but breakage during shipment may still be possible. If your package arrives damaged, kindly get in touch with us at wine101mnl@gmail.com with a photo of your package within 24 hours upon receipt of your order. We will try our best to find a solution.
