Shipping

For non-same day deliveries, please note that we are only able to accommodate orders that weigh up to 15kg per shipment (around fourteen 750ml wine bottles).

Shipping Method and Lead Time:

All your orders will be shipped from our base location in BF Homes Las Piñas via GoGoXpress or other available third party couriers (except for same day deliveries within Metro Manila).

Delivery schedules are normally as follows: 3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial delivery addresses (excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control)

Shipping/Delivery Rates:

Greater Metro Manila (shipping fee varies from ₱150-₱550)

For same day deliveries (highly recommended for orders within Metro Manila), orders will be shipped via Lalamove, Grab or Borzo
Buyers will directly pay the courier the shipping fee
Kindly feel free to pin Wine 101 MNL on Grab to check the delivery rate

Luzon (shipping fee varies from ₱200-₱600)
Mindanao (shipping fee varies from ₱220-₱600)

Visayas (shipping fee varies from ₱250-₱600)

Packaging:

For same day deliveries, your orders will be delivered with our branded wine paper bags and boxes. Otherwise, they will be packed in standard shipping boxes.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayMaya and GCash.

Returns and exchanges:

We currently are not accepting returns and exchanges. For any potential issues with your order (i.e. wrong order received), kindly contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your order.

Important Note:

We will not be held liable for lost or broken packages. Your package is packed with utmost care but breakage during shipment may still be possible. If your package arrives damaged, kindly get in touch with us at wine101mnl@gmail.com with a photo of your package within 24 hours upon receipt of your order. We will try our best to find a solution.
