A Beginner's Caption: This is a Tempranillo. Have you heard of that kind of wine before? (Well, it's a first for me too!) and apparently a Tempranillo has a similar taste profile to a Cabernet Sauvignon - so if you like Cabernet Sauvignons, you'll for sure like this too! It's on the dry (not sweet) side and definitely tastes fancy + it's organic! 

Best enjoyed with: Blue cheese, BBQ and meat dishes
