An Expert's Caption: "This refreshing organic Verdejo has a delicate pale, yellow color with a green rim and fresh aromas of grass and fruit. The taste is well balanced with fresh notes of freshly cut grass and green apples. The finish is slightly bitter and lingering." — Winemaker's Notes

A Beginner's Caption: This is a Verdejo. Another new type of wine on our menu! (Yay, we're slowly adding more types of wines. Thank you for all your support!) This wine has a unique flavor? It's strong, slightly bitter and yet refreshing all at the same time. It also definitely has that hint of green apple taste + it's organic!
